Our long-term partner – BaxterStorey – is responsible for operating the food and beverage provision for British Airways Lounges in the UK. SALT was brought in to reimagine the food offering and entire guest journey.

Salt’s Solution.

Working with our client and some of London’s most coveted Michelin Star chefs, SALT curated a menu of classic Indian dishes with a nod to ‘Brick Lane’, as well as working with artisan producers to develop a line up of British picnic and pub classics.

Refreshing the styling, presentation, and overall experience to demonstrate the possibilities of a completely new offering for the future lounge culinary strategy.
