The solution:
Following a two-year hiatus in the food festival scene, Soho House sought SALT's help in 2022 to curate and produce their Soho Farm House Festival.
Starting with the joint aim to re-fashion the concept of a food festival, Soho House and SALT created a multi-area food festival that featured a stellar list of culinary talents in 2022. This evolved into a two-day event in 2023 that was inspired by the effect colours have on food. In 2024, we curated top-calibre talent and cuisines from all around the world. Year after year, our ideas centre around bringing food lovers together for this sought-after culinary experience.
Throughout the three years we have been working on the food fest, we've brought in star chefs like James Beard, Nancy Silverton, Jeremy Chan, Chris Leach, and other influential UK chefs, while working with partners like Porsche, Patron, Martini, Angel's Envy, Woodford Reserve, and HexClad.
