Food Fest: Soho Farmhouse’s Biggest Day Ever!
Clients Challenge.
After a two year hiatus in the food festival scene, Soho House tasked SALT with curating and producing the 2022 Soho Farmhouse Festival with the intention to build on the past offering while utilising the vast resource and partners available to them internally. The aim from the start was to refashion the concept of a food festival by creating a unique environment for culinary talent to freely run their workshops, while producing an epic festival craved by restaurateurs, producers and food enthusiasts.

SALT’s Solution.
SALT, in collaboration with Soho House, created a multi-area food festival that featured a stellar roll call of culinary talents from the UK and abroad, alongside brand partners Porsche, Patron, Martini, Angel’s Envy, Woodford Reserve and HexClad. The FoodFest was split into six festival areas including The Harvest Table where guests were able to break bread with culinary stars such as James Beard Award-winner Nancy Silverton; The Jungle where manteca’s Chef Chris Leach tossed pizzas with the farm’s foraged ingredients; and the main festival area where a myriad of flavours were delivered by some of the UK’s most influential chefs, amongst others.
